It's official - you've booked your project!
Before we get started, I'll send over your client portal and a discovery questionnaire. It's your chance to spill all the details about your business, your goals and your vision, so I can create a brand with purpose, not guesswork.

Now for the exciting bit.
I'll take everything from your discovery questionnaire and turn it into a brand that's as unique as your business.
Depending on your package, you'll receive one or more brand concepts to choose from. Once you've picked your favourite, we'll refine, tweak and perfect every little detail together until you're completely in love with it.
Cue the happy dance.

That's why I don't offer logo-only projects. Instead, I create complete brand identities that help your business look consistent, build trust and stand out wherever your customers find you.

Of course! A refresh is always on the table, especially for long-standing businesses with an established identity.
But if you've found your way to Hanmade, chances are your brand has outgrown where it started. In those cases, an overhaul often has a much bigger impact than a few cosmetic tweaks.
I'll always recommend what's best for your business - not just the biggest project. If a refresh will do the job, I'll tell you. If it's time for a fresh start, I'll tell you that too.
